We have just done a major service that involved removing the engine and trans, sending cylinder heads out for full valve job (valve guides, stem seals, springs) we also replaced thermostat seal, intermediate shaft gasket, camshaft oil supply lines, valve cover and timing cover gaskets. We installed a new clutch, pressure plate, and rear crankshaft seal. While the transmission was out we upgraded the clutch fork with the new style with needle bearings for smoother operation. Full major transmission service with fluid. New spark plugs, air filter, belts, brake pads & hydraulic fluid system. While out the engine and trans were fully detailed to virtual concours specs and new engine sound pad fitted. Plus new Bridgestone Potenzas all round. This was an excellent original low mileage car that suffered from the weak valve guide and stem seals they all have, we wanted to rectify that and while the motor was out we went to town doing pretty much everything we could. The retail cost of the work is around $15k. This car is now good for 150k miles. Comes with its original books, including warranty book with option code sticker, jack, tools & canvas soft top boot.
