The Yacht is an oceangoing high class luxury explorer motor yacht, of full displacement type, with round bilge hull, transom stern and semi flared bow, with welded steel hull with transverse watertight bulkheads and aluminum superstructure. Propulsion is provided by twin diesel engines, directly coupled to shafts and fixed pitch propellers, via reversing gearboxes and thrust bearing.

The Yacht is designed by Vripack as a luxury yacht for worldwide cruising, for 12 passengers, according to Flag State authority's regulations and in this respect has the appropriate seakeeping, maneuverability, general handling characteristics, standard of comfort, safety systems and equipment reliability required to achieve this capability.

The project be built-out at LUSBEN in Livorno, Italy (the re-fit division of BENETTI) and more length can be added to become either 54-meters or 60-meters. Plans exist for both options.

All machinery is of first class marine type, from suppliers that have a world wide service network. The amount of suppliers is reduced to a minimum, to increase reliability of after market support.

Standard materials and equipment will be used as far as practicable, if not otherwise mentioned, in order to achieve easy and low maintenance costs.

The Yacht is a five deck design, plus tank top, with a deck layout as follows:
