**A Very Fine Pair of George III Silver Sauce Boats London 1777**

**above a half-reeded body, on an oval domed and beaded foot.**

**Marked to the body for London 1777 by Henry Brind.**

**Both boats are in excellent original unrestored condition with no signs of damage or repair. These are an excellent large size holding nearly a pint each. An unusual and extremely attractive form of decoration not often encountered. The hallmarks are very worn on one of the boats and less so and legible on the other apart from the makers mark which only displays an H, most likely for Henry Brind.**

**Very elegant and attractive with lovely colour and patina.**
