30 min from Clermont-Ferrand, this property of the XVIth century, built by Duprat, reformer of the Church, is listed historical monument since 1908.

This abbey is located near a small village, in a dominant position, with in the background, the chain of Domes. Thisimportant building of more than 100m long is composed of a refectory, a library, a cloister, a chapel, a house of the seventeenth century, a farm building and a garden about 1ha50.

This imposing building has spanned historical periods; partly destroyed by fire in 1935, there always are beautiful architectural elements. The whole is part of a religious heritage still present, for which a lover of history and old stones will revive this place.
