## Geographic position

Chalet Marin is an old, completely renovated farmhouse on sale in Alta Badia.

This is one of the most popular international ski resorts, with advanced ski facilities and more than 500 km of interconnected slopes, set against the backdrop of the Sassongher peak in the Dolomites.

The property is set above the main road through the valley, only 400 m from the brand new gondola lift going directly to the slopes.

Corvara in Badia (3 km), a popular tourist centre, is only a few minutes' drive away, while Brunico, the biggest town in the Badia Valley with all the necessary services, is around 30 km away (35 minutes).

The provincial capital of Bolzano is 65 km away (around 1 hour 15 minutes), while Trento and Innsbruck are at 125 km and 130 km respectively, both within a two hour drive.

Verona Villafranca (250 km, less than 3 hours) and Innsbruck (130 km, less than two hours) are the closest airports, with flights to all European destinations.

## Description of buildings

The property has been completely renovated, while maintaining the typical features of the original South Tyrol farmhouse - rural buildings that are now often converted into homes and hotels.

**The Barn **
