Armagnac is the very origin of the Château de Millet, as evidenced by the two "boiler", ie both stills mentioned in the deed of the late nineteenth century when buying the domain of the family dèche. Our Armagnac is produced exclusively from harvested wines, fermented, distilled in the Castle of Millet. They are aged in oak barrels until bottling date stated on the label.
