Simple and precise on the outside and warm and inviting inside, this ancient pieve from 1600 is composed from the main structure and two out buildings of the same period.
Located on the top of a hill at roughly 500m a.s.l. the views extend in all directions. The land accompanying the property extends for about one hectare of which 2000mq of flat lawns extend, fully irrigated.
The entrance to the property is through a wrought iron gate between two columns flanked by two winged walls in white and pink stone. The whole area is elegantly fenced. A part of the garden around the swimming pool is composed of fruit trees and young olive trees. Pines, oak and secular olive trees are also interspersed. The slopes are peppered with rosemary watered by drip irrigation.
The whole property has been recently renovated and is in excellent condition throughout. The built area extends for over 700m2 and the three structures have 25 rooms between them as well as technical rooms. The interiors sparkle with simple elegance and respect to traditions.
