EXTREMELY RARE LOUIS VUITTON "STOKOWSKI" TRUNK c.1940
One of the rarest pieces Louis Vuitton ever made, the Leopold Stokowski desk trunk pictured on pages 296-99 in the "100 Legendary Trunks" book. Conceived and made exclusively for the use and travelling needs of the famous orchestra conductor: shelves for books, drawers for sheet music, scores and music paper, a file drawer and space for a typewriter. The cherry on the cake for any Louis Vuitton trunk collector.
Please note that our interior pieces are located at our Interior Design Showroom in Northamptonshire, if you wish to see them in real life please contact us to arrange an appointment.
In Great Condition - wear as expected, only missing some dividers on the bottom drawer, some staining to the leather cover on the desk.
