DESCRIPTION

To produce this model more than 4,900 pieces of different breeds wood and sizes are necessary : walnut cut at a certain angle, feather walnut, boxwood, maple, cherry, tree roses, olive wood, rosewood, ebony and ash for the frame. Particularly important work is to carefully select the mosaic: after the producing of carcass should be long and complex affiliation of the small pieces of wood of various sizes and various breeds 4-5 mm thickness, which are superimposed on the convex surface and fixed with small nails and glued one by one. This makes each item very unique. The locks from the bronze alloy are made using ancient techniques. Partly it is the reproduction of the historical originals from previous times, partly it's an exclusive drawings made in Ebanart factory.

PRODUCT STORY

This model with the curved shapes presents the luxury style inspired by the "Neapolitan" chests, which were in rage in 1740 in the Bourbon times, of course, under the influence of French fashion, dictated by the empire of Luigi XV.
