At the top of a hill in Piemont Italy, and surrounded by small lakes, historic villa created from an ancient XIth century convent which was also turned into a castle by Napoleon who confiscated the estate during one of his campaigns in Piedmont.



The present building, in fact, dates back to the XVIIth century and during the years it has belonged to important people. During the last years the estate has been renovated bringing to light its ancient splendour.



A lovely example of historic Italian real estate, the property is actually used as a luxury boutique hotel and its rooms create an elegant atmosphere thanks to period furniture and antique finishes. Completing the relais are a restaurant and a fitness centre inside an old sacristy of the convent. Two gardens inside the structure are very attractive and full of trees and offer the possibility to enjoy of a wonderful panorama.



Into the frescoed chapel of the convent, equipped with a fireplace, and into the study we find meeting spaces that keep a cosy and reserved atmosphere. On the same level there are living rooms, secretary's office and a glass gazebo of 60 m2. A roof-garden is at the entrance of the structure with a covered space under the XVth century tower.



Setting in a XVIIIth century frescoed living room of the ancient convent, a restaurant that, during the summer, is placed in a garden of palms and magnolias thanks to an exterior gazebo. Then in a Mediterranean garden is placed a rimless swimming pool surrounded by roof-gardens.
