1974 VW Karmann Ghia convertible presented in absolutely concourse condition. Every last screw and bolt of this example has been thoroughly restored and the entire mechanical aspect having been overhauled. An incredible amount in excess of € 118,000 has been spent in effort to restore this car to its former glory. Literally every nut, screw and bolt has been restored including a full mechanical overhaul. A renowned Dutch classic VW specialist was given the job, which was carried out between 2011 and 2013. The fantastic top-quality bodywork is straight with perfect fitting body panels. The chrome details are all freshly applied. Naturally the underbody is sound, rust-free and as good as new. In short; this Karmann has been lavished with an enormous amount of attention to technical detail, bodywork finish in order to achieve this remarkable result. The many invoice since then attest that the same level of care has continued to be given to keep the car in concourse condition. The 1600 boxer engine runs fantastically with ease of handling. The car has been valued and given concourse status. This is possibly one of most extensively restored examples on the market today!
