Central oval 15.41 carat Ceylon sapphire, set in 18 carat yellow gold, surrounded by pierced floral styled silver topped gold, set with old-cut diamonds. Accompanied by an SSEF certificate stating that the sapphire is of Ceylon origin with no indication of any heat treatment. Approximately 6.00 carats of diamond, H-I colour, SI clarity.
