This gorgeous solid gold_Chopard_ Ice Cube is a one owner's watch & just polished to perfection. The original white croco strap is a recent replacement & seen little use so it is in very good condition now.
This lovely example has original factory set single diamonds on every cube of the bezel and total weight is approximately 1.0 carat. This watch would've priced well over US$20,000 in those days after discount so it is a bargain to own it now. You'll normally find the cheaper versions with small diamonds of 4pcs (quad) in each cube but this is a single solitaire brilliant-cut stone!
The Ice Cube was designed by Fawaz Grousi, owner of de Grisogono & (ex)husband to lady_Caroline Scheufele_, heiress & co-President of Chopard. It was a very successful model that spunned many different designs. Fawaz is also the "inventor" of the Black diamonds jewellery that he introduced in the late 1990s, a design that is so influential that it is today found in everyday objects like handphones to glasses.
