DETAILED PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Stunning natural ruby Pendant with a cluster of diamond accents. Very fine and rare Ruby. Deep red colour, Burmese in origin and untreated. They simply don't get better and more in demand. Comes with full IGI certificate confirming stone as natural, Burmese in origin and the lack of treatment. Also described by IGI as 'good colour quality' which they only do on the finest of stones.
Burmese/Myanmar rubies need no introduction. For centuries they have been well known as the best quality and most scarce of red stones. Untreated ones are even more rare and the prices in recent years have quite simply gotten ridiculous. There will never be a time when rubies like this are not worth something. The Creme de la creme of Ruby's This is a true investment/collectors piece. And obviously would also be wonderful to wear for the lucky lady who gets the privilege to wear it.
The exquisite setting also has 8 round diamond accents with a total carat weight of 0.56ct with G colour and SI1-2 clarity. All set In a fine 14k gold drop pendant.
The ruby has a stunning deep red colour and an excellent marquise cut. There are some small inclusions visible when looking closely as seen in pictures but it is still a top grade stone.
Fine ruby jewellery pieces like this have extremely high prices. Especially with the rarity of origin, lack of treatment and all the good quality diamonds. Let alone the workmanship involved in making a piece like this. In a high end jewellery store, the asking price for this would be many thousands of pounds. Although I would imagine it unlikely that your local jewellery store stocks any Burmese rubies. Let alone Untreated ones of this quality.
The pendant is brand new and never worn. The stone is hand set and metal hand polished to the highest standard. This is not like the mass produced Jewellery from the high street or other sellers. A unique piece.
The pendant is hanging on an 18" (45cm) gold curb chain. Which I think compliments this pendant well. I have other chain styles and lengths available and happy to source different types of chains. Both the chain and pendant setting are fully hallmarked by Birmingham assay office to guarantee gold quality.
Pendant will be posted in a 'postal pendant box' which is a black leatherette box with black velvet interior. Its smaller size helps to save on postage costs. It's possible to post in a normal size pendant box but additional postage costs will need to be paid, so please message with any requirements.
