The Ref.5099 is one of the most unusual Patek Philippe wristwatch in recent times styled in a rectangular case with a hunting style cover that protects the dial which flips open upon the pressing of two buttons on the case band. The case is fabricated by the expert works of goldsmiths who fused two colours of 18K white & pink gold into one which extends from the cover to the lugs that runs in perfect symmetry.
