For sale is a good quality 18th Century and later decorated Chinoiserie Bureau Bookcase. The top of the bookcase has two paneled doors, both profusely decorated with chinoiserie, opening to reveal a fully fitted cream interior comprising various drawers, pigeon holes and a cupboard. Each drawer is decorated to match the exterior. Below this is the bureau section, with a decorated fall front opening to display an additional fitted cream interior, again comprising of drawers,pigeon holes and a cupboard. This is above four graduated drawers, each with brass handles. The bookcase stands on bracket feet and is in excellent condition.
