- A superior example, canted for comfort, the mahogany frame and turned legs display an aged gilt finish with the stretcher reeded and boxed joints decorated with modest arced carving.

- Professionally upholstered, the webbing is strong and in good order whilst the top has been recovered in high quality cloth trimmed with a deep blue velvet edge and finished in a complimentary brocade at the frame.

- The top displays the most wonderful floral crewel work, exquisitely applied in a balanced design, bordered with plain cloth presenting a first class finish.
