**A substantial pair of plated wine coasters of flared circular form with trellis work sides and applied rim of grapes and vines. The mahogany bases with central boss.**



**Each marked for Frederick Elkington and a pattern number and a mark for approx 1840.**



**A delightful pair of coasters with no damage or repair in excellent original condition. The wooden bases are in good order as are all the silver parts.**
