Antique early 19th Century Georgian Solid Silver stirrup cup, beautifully modelled as a snarling fox's mask, realistically chased with fur. Georgian stirrup cups modelled as foxes are extremely rare and sought after.

Hallmarked English silver (925 standard), London, year 1800 (O), Maker's mark TH (Thomas Harper I).
