DESCRIPTION

Antique early-20th Century Russian style 18 carat gold mounted nephrite cigarette case, rectangular shaped with rounded corners, mounted with 18k gold frame and a ruby cabutchon thumb-piece. Not hallmarked (acid tested 750 gold standard), retailed by Asprey - London, possibly made in Russia or France for the English market.

Hairline crack along one side of the case.
