A lovely example of an early 20th century Goyard hat trunk covered in the very unusual "checkerboard" canvas rather than the more common chevron canvas. This unusually sized trunk is in very good condition and harks back to times of passenger ships and 1st class travel of bygone eras. A wonderful conversation piece that would make a welcome addition to any home, both modern or traditional.
