This is an antique console table from the C19th, Scottish with carved walnut decoration dating to c.1890.

- A handsome console table displaying good colour and grain interest
- Attractive wisps of medullary rays shine through the quality waxed finish
- The top finished with a carved edge detail and backed with a shaped up-stand
- The shaped apron mirrors the up-stand, both beautifully decorated with carved, reciprocating stylised rosettes

- Raised on stout 'ball and reel' turned front legs terminating in ball feet
- Typical flat back legs allow for close wall placement
- Shaped stretchers unite the legs each side where carved rosettes decorate the joints
