This 1900's English Campaign-style pedestal desk is made of mahogany wood stained a light walnut color with a polished finish. The desk has nine drawers (four drawers on each pedestal and one pen drawer in the center) with flush brass drawer pulls and simple keyholes. Protecting the edges of the desk is brass moulding on all sides. The top of the desk features a brown embossed leather work area with decorative gilt trims. The back of the desk is finished. The caster wheels were added at a later time. This desk can separate into three parts for transport. This pedestal desk is sturdy, timeless, and ready to be used in any home or office for years to come.
