A lovely early Victorian Irish pedestal worktable, circa 1840 in date. The top is decagonal shaped and has a burr walnut veneer. The lid opens to reveal an interior lined in sumptuous velvet. The elegant turned column stands on cabriole legs and there is a decorative finial on the bottom. There is no mistaking its unique quality and design, which is certain to make it a talking point in your home.
