For sale is a good quality Victorian Burr Walnut Pedestal Desk. The top of the desk has a hand dyed green leather, with decorative blind and gold tooling, as well as ornate corner motifs and a centre motif. Below this, the pedestal desk has three drawers, one long drawer in the centre flanked by a short drawers ither side. Each drawer is banded and inlaid with walnut, as well as having turned handles and brass escutcheons. The top of the desk fits onto two pedestals, each having a further three graduated drawers. The desk is polished on all sides, making it free standing. This pedestal desk is in excellent condition having been fully restored and re-finished using traditional methods.
