The black enamelled 18 carat yellow gold cylindrical case applied at each side with a line of millegrain-set rose-cut diamonds and similarly set palmette motifs, a rose diamond-set circle to one end, diamond set thumb piece, fitted with a cigarette compartment, a mirror, a lipstick holder and two powder compartments. 245 diamonds. Signed 'Cartier Paris Londres New York' and numbered. Accompanied by a certificate of authenticity from Cartier stating that the case is from Cartier Paris, circa 1920. Exceptional condition.
