He has been since a young age, passionate about art especially for painting and calligraphy. After studying in the Arts University of China, he settled in France in 1988 whereby his application was accepted in the renowned Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Beaux-Arts de Paris, one of the most important and influential school of Fine Art in France. Between 1997 and 2000, Feng returned to this prestigious art school to teach the techniques of painting as a visiting professor. Thanks to his meeting with Patrick Bernard, Feng has been invited as a painter to make the movie ‘Chine Insolite’, which has been extremely successful. In addition, several French editors published numerous books about his work and calligraphy. A few of Feng’s works have also been chosen to illustrate books of the French National Education. His works were regularly exhibited in numerous galleries, in France and abroad.
