Oil On Canvas120 X 180 CMDuong Ngoc Son was born in 1973 in Ha Tay and graduated from the Fine Art University in Ho Chi Minh City in 1997. His works have been shown in France, Singapore, Malaysia, and Zurich, and his pieces are held in the Ho Chi Minh Fine Arts Museum and private collections in Japan, Australia, Canada, France, Hong Kong, USA, Malaysia, and Singapore. Recently Duong Ngoc Son’s pieces were included in a group exhibition at Alliance Francaise de Singapour in Singapore.Duong Ngoc Son’s paintings are striking, vibrant, and expressionistic. His bold brushstrokes flit rapidly across expanses of canvas in a variety of textures and iterations. Ngoc Son’s pieces are rooted in otherworldly interpretations of natural phenomenon.
