Aston Martin Vanquish Zagato

When elegance, style, and luxury meet, you get the ground breaking Aston Martin Vanquish Zagato. The family of the Aston Martin Zag models has been gracing our roads with some exquisite and elegant designs in the luxury cars industry. However, the limited edition of the Zags will make them remain some of the most exclusive pieces in the world. The pioneer of this model was Aston Martin Vanquish Zagato Coupe then followed Aston Martin Vanquish Zagato Volante. Now the hottest models in this series are Aston Martin Vanquish Zagato Shooting Brake and Speedster.

The new models in the Zagato’s family were introduced at the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance. One thing for sure is that they are worth to be in the collectibles categories. Sources reveal that the Aston Martin powerhouse is planning to release only 28 Speedsters and 99 Shooting Brakes. This number will bring the total number of cars manufactured in the Zags family to 325. However, trusted rumors say that all the Speedsters have been sold out. It is sad because not many of us will get to see and appreciate this beauty.

The Speedster

Let’s start with the Speedster. Most of the cues in the Speedster have already been seen in the previous models in the family. However, there is a dramatic twist to this design which makes it a rare breed. The Speedster will be characterized by an eight-speed automatic gearbox and 6.0-litre V12 engine with 592bhp. Also, the car will have a full carbon bodywork and bespoke ‘Zagato’ suspension designs. The Zagato’s signature on the front grill with the Vulcan’s cool rear lights give the body’s design a nice twist.

The underpinnings of the Speedster will feature revised hydraulic steering, enhanced spring strength, thick rear anti-roll bar, and retuned dampers. The Aston will not provide any temporary roofing for the Speedster which is designed to be roofless. Now, don’t drool over the car yet because each unit is estimated to go for more than £500,000.

Shooting Brake Vanquish Zagato

Meanwhile, the Shooting Brake Vanquish Zagato is gradually making its way to the top of the list of desirable Shooting Brakes. The engineering and designs of this car are simply outstanding. It will feature a complete carbon fiber bodywork, 6.0-litre V12 engine, and rear drive. The V12 engine is capable of producing 0-60mph within 3.5 seconds. Both Speedster and Shooting Break will have the two seater design.

The Aston Martin partnership with Zagato is more than half a century old. The DB4 GT Zagato racing car was the first product of the partnership. The two powerhouse agreed that they would resist the temptation to produce more units. This comes due to the increased demand from their patrons and clients.

The cabin of the cars is expected to leave up to the name of the two partnering powerhouses. If you are planning to get one of these rare breeds of cars, you better hurry and purchase the Shooting Brake. However, the availability of Shooting Break may soon be a dream because some units are already sold out.
