This wonderfully preserved fossil mayfly nymph was found in the world-famous Crato Formation, near Ceara, Brazil. It dates back to the Lower Cretaceous Period - 110 million years ago. The level of detail is excellent and there is absolutely no restoration.

Measures 0.55 inches (1.41 cm). Matrix is 3.55 inch (9 cm) long.
