TASTING NOTES
Appearance: orange-supported copper.
Nose: both lively and pulpy. Ripe apples coated with a thin layer of salted butter caramel is a tonic very first nose. It evolves into notes of marmalade and spices (ginger). Autumn, dead leaves littering a floor covered with moss and lichen. An apple compote appeared at that moment.
