Hints of wood, wax and sultanas. Full bodied and creamy. Sweet with sherry, red fruits, sultanas, wood. Long, dry and spicy, very complex and well balance. A winter warmer or to be paired with foie gras, blue cheese such a stilton, game such as venison, panna cotta or chocolate with high acidity.
