As part of personnel development in collaboration with industry, through full coordination with Suntory Liquors Limited, Osaka University has proceeded with the student-initiative project “Whiskey Development Project” since last year. Through this project, Osaka University’s original whiskey MIBUKI has been completed, and to celebrate this occasion, we will be holding an event to commemorate its completion and introduce the newly created whiskey. During this event, we will take a look back at the relationship between OU and Japanese whiskey while talking with guests who have been involved in whiskey production at Suntory for quite a while.
