This is a 1900's bookcase that is made from solid mahogany wood which has been recently painted in a gray and oyster color combination and features black color accents. The facade features four decorative columns finished in black with brass caryatid details at their capitals and bases. There are three doors, two side doors with brass ormulu and brass key-hole plates. The center door has a clear glass panel and key-hole plate. Inside, there are nine adjustable wooden shelves. The bookcase is finished with four front cone legs with brass feet and four simple square legs at the back. The lock and key are in great working condition. The bookcase is solid, sturdy, and ready to be used for years to come.
