This 1930's French Louis XV-style writing desk is stained a rich mahogany color with geometric inlaid accents on the sides and front of the drawers. The desk top features three embossed leather sections in a deep black color with a gilded trim. There is a leaf that extends on either side for more work space. The desk is adorned with brass moulding accents on the edges on the table and around the three drawers. The drawers have decorative brass keyholes. The cabriole legs have decorative brass toe caps and intricate accents of women and flowers at the top. This desk is sturdy, elegant, and ready to be used in any home or office for years to come.
