This exquisite 1850's Neoclassical-style sculpture is carved from Carrara marble. The statue depicts a nude woman with a piece of cloth wrapped around her waist as she bend over a basin of water. Twisting around the basin are leafy vines and snakes that is in each of the woman's hands. The woman features a beautifully carved face and wavy hair pulled back. The statue is accompanied by a separate large, round pedestal made from grey marble. The pedestal has a curved lip and carved details along the bottom. This statue is stunning, sturdy, and ready to be used in any home for years to come.
