In 1958 Cees Braakman collaborated with manufacturer Adriaan Dekker to design one of the first seating elements to be produced entirely of steel wire: chair SM05, stool KM05, kitchen stool KM06, bar stool KM07, seat FM06 with armrests and seat FM05 without armrests. The wire design gives a spatial effect, while the seat and cushions make for a comfortable sitting experience.

The stool is available in three heights: KM05 (57 cm), KM06 (76 cm) and KM07 (87 cm).
The cushion is optional and is not attached to the stool.
