Who will enjoy a lovely, classic Alfa Romeo Spider this spring?Very beautiful and well maintained Alfa Romeo Spider Coda Tronca, 2 litre, 82 kW (=112 HP)The Alfa Romeo Spider was designed and built by Pininfarina. This is one from the second series, also called "Coda Tronca" because of the straight cut back. The Spider with its dual overhead camshafts, smooth 5 gears and disc brakes is technically a nicely balanced design.Built in 1981. 130501 miles. (= +/-5600 km/year)The Alfa will be delivered with American export papers, so that the new owner can register the Spider easily in his or her country. Import duties, VAT, etc. have already been paid!Car is in fine condition, is rock solid, also in the typical Coda Tronca spots, only the paintwork at the back has somewhat weathered, see pictures. On the inside of the boot lid, the paintwork has come off in a few places. The extensive photo report shows it all!The soft-top is in original condition, the window is no longer properly transparent. The tachometer and the windshield wipers sometimes stop working, the charging current light stays lit from time to time. The rest of the instruments are in excellent condition, original leather upholstery on the driver's seat is torn in a few places. A well-working Alpine car stereo is mounted. The car features the original Campagnolo rims, and the slightly tinted windows match beautifully with the colour of the car. It is a wonderful driving machine, thanks to the petrol injection it runs smoother and more beautiful than the carburettor version.A set of running-daylight lamps will be included. The bottom is fine. The car drives great, a wonderful classic that will only increase in value, the bodywork and technical parts are in a fine condition without signs of corrosion. The seller can assist in arranging transport of the car throughout Europe. This vehicle can be viewed and picked up in Hengevelde, The Netherlands.
