Ferrari launched a limited model of the 348 in 1993 and 1994: a Spider (convertible) was built for the first time in 20 years in a limited edition of only 1,090 units. This special edition had 320 HP instead of the standard 300 HP with the 348.This Ferrari 348 Spider is a 100% damage-free car (clean carfax), in complete original condition. It still has its first original red (rosso corsa) lacquer. It shines like new as it was always stored indoors. Any used Ferrari will of course have some marks from loose chippings under the front lip. The tyres are in good condition.This beautiful Ferrari was a genuine, enthusiast’s car. No expense was spared and it shows. No scratches, interior damage or even pavement rim damage at all to be found. All maintenance services properly stamped by the dealer. Its general condition got compliments from the Ferrari dealer and the vehicle inspectors. The interior is still completely original without any kind of wear. The seats are sturdy, the sides are not worn, the door panels and the leather are in great condition. The engine compartment is exceptionally clean, not greasy. The original black convertible roof is in perfect condition. It opens and closes as it should, the roof has no holes or tears. The convertible cover is included.In excellent technical condition. The engine jumps at the first attempt and drives wonderful. The sound (especially with the roof open) is 200% fun, especially in this weather. The car drives, shifts and brakes like a real Ferrari should. Only 1,090 348 Spiders built and therefore increasingly rare. The car has a technical inspection valid to December 2018 (last inspection: nothing to report) and was fully checked by the Ferrari dealer recently, in February 2018, it includes new belts and new tension rollers. A maintenance service worth 6,000 euros.
