The Morgan 4/4 (series 1) was first introduced in 1936 by the Morgan Motor Company. This example, built in September 1968, concerns a 4/4 1600 and, looking at the chassis nr., this was the 23th that was built. This original European first delivered car was completely restored by a dutch specialist called Lowland Classics. The quality of this restoration is amazing. It was done ‘bare metal’ and with a great eye for detail. Next to the fantastic restoration of the chassis and the body, the Morgan has been completely overhauled technically. Therefore the car runs and drives as new. The interior was also put together with great care. Since the year 2000 the Morgan has been in the possession of the last (and only) Dutch owner. A beautiful Morgan 4/4 1600 in a great overall condition.
