Splendid 1972 Panther J72\. One of only 368 ever made in its 8-year production run. It has a lightweight aluminium frame and the renowned 6-cylinder 4.2 Jaguar engine with manual 4-speed and overdrive transmission. We have acquired this car from the third owner with 79,000 km on the clock. In 2000, the last owner had the complete engine, gearbox and overdrive revised by a recognized Jaguar specialist. All invoices pertaining to this have been kept. For cosmetic reasons a few years later the car was re-sprayed in its original colour, resulting in a lovely finish. The interior was also refurbished using the original colour scheme of tan leather trim and green carpets. The car also has chrome wire wheels, boot rack, black linen soft-top and tonneau. Maintenance has been exemplary over years. The car comes with the added bonus of a well-documented history. This Panther J72 is truly one of the best!
