This rather is a "bush find" than a "barn find" but the "petit camion" has such a strong look that I couldn't resist it.It took us months of work but the mechanics is now fully in order: engine was overhauled and now it has the necessary compression back, new starter motor, gear and transmission checked, new brakes (brake shoes, pipes and cylinders).Mechanically it is ready, only the appearance will be determined by the new owner: either maintaining the beautiful patina and preserve it as is (the car isn’t rusted through and shows only superficial discolouration; the body plate is of a respectable thickness (1.2 mm)or give the cabin a new paint (only inside or both inside and outside).The loading box in oak wood should be renewed in the for example scaffolding wood which would look very lovely and would be able to withstand all weather conditions (therefore ideal as an advertising vehicle for a timber company)It could also serve as for instance a "champagne bar" with a big ton in the back that would act as a bar, in short, the "petit camion" offers possibilities.This is also one of the few remaining models with suicide doors; the seats were repaired and upholstered, there is even a third additional seat in between.
