This particular example hails from the tail end of Series II E-type production and was completed at the factory in October 1970. A meticulous nut and bolt restoration was performed, with much of the work carried out by a respected vintage British motorcar specialist. Having only been driven approximately 3,000 miles since its restoration, this Series II Fixed Head Coupe presents wonderfully. The odometer displays a believed-to-be actual 52,373 miles and power still comes from the rebuilt numbers matching engine as confirmed by the accompanying Jaguar Heritage Certificate. Additionally, this Series II E-type includes its owner's manual, tool roll, jack, and nearly 20 years' worth of receipts documenting much of the restoration and maintenance work.
