US$7,423.24 Lancia Appia Berline III Saloon series, 1962 4-doors. This car is still in the same condition as when it was bought in 1962. It is like looking at a new car. It has the original lacquer with some small defects. Only replacement for all years are wear parts such as exhaust pipes filters and straps. The interior and engine is original and not renovated. The car works perfectly and the engine switched on with one turn of the key. Perfectly balanced, easy to drive and silent like a limousine, The car has a lot of special exterior and interior details. The Lancia Appia Berline III series from 1962 was only produced in a total of 12250 cars that year. The engine has a structure with two camshafts in the stand and aluminum head with valve seats shown. The two camshafts (driven by a silent chain with an automatic hydraulic tensioner working under the pressure of the engine) control each of the outer valves of its own row and the inner ones of the opposite row. The system, in fact a bit complex, entails some difficulty in tuning through the arrangement of distribution auctions.
