Near Domfront, beautiful Châtelet from the XVth / XVIth centuries, listed since 1955. Partially restored, the Châtelet of approximately 200m² still needs renovation work.

It consists of a main building in the shape of a square tower, flanked by two other towers, topped by two pavilions, and covered by an Imperial roof.
In the courtyard, there is a house of about 105 m², and various outbuildings.

It is also possible to acquire the second part of the property, consisting of a completely renovated house, as well as various outbuildings, barns and a dovecote, it's possible to acquire an additional 36 ha of rented land.
