South Anjou, a 19th century château with approximately 500m² of living space on two levels. The chateau is built on the foundations of an earlier 15th century château and is surrounded by a 10ha park with a private chapel, a lake and a walled vegetable garden. The château possesses some fine rooms with extensive oak panelling, painted and crafted ceilings and fireplaces but requires some renovation. In the grounds there are several outbuildings generally requiring some work.

Angers is 40 minutes away, and the A85 motorway at 12km.
