Originally built in 1900, the exterior of this chalet looks to be its original rustic condition. However in the last few years, the property has been completely and extravagantly renovated resulting in the perfect holiday home in an ideally situated, peaceful location

All rooms, fittings, conduits, the building shell as well as the utilities were completely overhauled. The interior was kept intentionally simple, in order to preserve the historical and original charm of the chalet.

Surrounding the property is the garden which has ample sitting areas to sit and enjoy the stunning view. The fantastic vista of Graubünden's mountain paradise and the pristine calm provide a relaxing holiday mood where one's day-to-day problems are easily forgotten.

This holiday house is located at an elevation of 1838m above sea-level along the panoramic trail directly in the middle of Savognin's ski and hiking area, and nearby the Somtgant ski station in the hamlet of Plaz Fravesch. The ski slopes lead directly past the edge of the settlement, offering highly convenient access to the ski area.
