This villa seems to have come directly from a story book, built at the end of the XIX century in a wonderful quaint hilly location dominating Como.

Characterised by an artistic theme inspired from Nordic architecture, the main villa presents a unique architectonic profile using points, and is distributed over four levels. The interior finishing used during restoration and for the composition of the structure are extremely high quality thanks to the first choice materials including the parquet, terracotta tiles lovingly restored to their original beauty, as well as various marbles. Some internal walls are frescoed and in many rooms suggestive period fireplaces are found, of great visible impact.

The separate entrance to the villa includes a large living room with various offices in the underlying floor which could easily be transformed into three apartments. The custodians lodgings are also present here for a total of 400m2.

The buildings are immersed into ten hectares of park, in which some external structures dating to the original construction of the villa are located.
