A Victorian hardstone cameo brooch with diamond, ruby and pearl, the circular hardstone cameo depicting a female face in the Roman style, surrounded by three rows of old-cut diamonds, oval faceted rubies and pearls with daylight in between, all set in a gold mount with brooch fitting, measuring approximately 36mm in diameter, gross weight 10.2 grams, circa 1880.
