This 1880's Louis XV-style desk is made of mahogany wood stained a deep mahogany color with a polished finish. The top of the desk is adorned with the original embossed leather with a natural patina and distressed finish. There are three drawers with decorative brass handles and moulding accents. The corners of the desk and tops of the sturdy cabriole legs are adorned with ornate brass accents of leaves, flowers, and other motifs.
